Strategies To Achieve The Mission 1 Promulgation of science, technology and scientific temper among the masses through demonstration projects, workshops, seminars, lectures, theatre, music, etc. 2 Dissemination of simple scientific and management techniques by publication, promotion and distribution of requisite literature and non –formal and vocational education and training. 3 Organisation of training programmes for the technical up gradation and socio – economic upliftment of the artisans, youths, women and weaker and disadvantaged sections. 4 Application of known scientific techniques and development of new scientific techniques to improve the productivity, efficiency and socio- economic status of artisans, youths, women and weaker section. 5 Development and organisation of literacy training, awareness and health and hygiene programmes.
