| The All India Association of Industries (AIAI), an apex body of trade and industry was established in the year 1956 by a team of dedicated industrialists under the ;eadership of the late Sri, Babubhai M. Chinai with the primary task of fostering sustained industrial development in the country . AIAI has grown in strength representing the Large, Medium & Small Scale Industries of India. It provides an effective platform to address the issues relating to trade and industry to the government both at central and state levels. AIAI also helps the Indian Industries inm meeting the challenge of liberalisation and globalisation by providing a vital link to explore the world of opportunities. The opening up to the economyhas resulted in the entry of large number of foreign competitors and an increased global focus of domestic industry resulting into dynamic growth and greater cometitiveness of corporate India.
