| Sales Tax: In the last year of the millenium all the state governments ananimousely adhere to the central Government advise and accepted principal of "Floor Sales Tax" under compulsion levy of Sales Tax increased to 12 %. Seminars: In addition, the topics like management and internet, VDIS, millenium Investment Scheme, Insurance Scheme were also consucted. Affilation: Association now also represents on Government of India Industry ministry SSI Board, and regional Advisory Committee S.S.I Central Excise Mumbai -V. Membership: Subscription to ordinarymembership and life membership has been raised to Rs. 1250/- and Rs. 7,500 respectively w.e.f. Dt. 1st Nov 1999. |
