| Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of Andhra Pradesh (ALEAP) is an organization of enterprising women which was constituted in December 1993 as a section 25 of the companies act , 1956. ALEAPS’s prime obj is to undertake or assist projects , programs and schemes for upliftment of women of the women in educational and social aspects. This dream was turned into reality by developing the forst indl. Estate of the country at Gajularamaram, RR district and constructing a common facilities building which was inaugurated by our honorable CM of Andhra Pradesh – Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu.ALEAP also provides indl. Cluster at ALEAP Indl. Estate at Nunna, Vijaywada ·Assists women to acquire entrepreneurial characteristics. ·Provides technology information ·Helps aspiring women to identify projects by counseling. They are provided with necessary information and tools to meet their goal. ·Conducts exhibitions and seminars and organises vendor development programs ·Offers incubator facilities where an entrepreneur can manufacture a product without investing on infrastructure ·Promotion of SME of Women Entrepreneurs with the support of ZDH ·Constant counseling by our team members to help the aspiring women to identify their projects. ·ALEAP accomplished the task of setting up the CED institute at Indl. Estate which was inaugurated by his excellency – The President of India as a promotion activity and to bring awareness in envt. Friendly products as to help poor in rural areas and help in improving the social educational status of women in our state we have set up Jute Bank to promote entrepreneurship in envt. Friendly products. ·ALEAP is the first organisation which is launching Mutual Credit Guarantee Scheme to create corpus fund to give guarantee to banks to give financial assistance for the projects so as to enable members to access finance for cluster proposals with out collateral security. |
