| SCX The proposal for setting up Belgaum Sub Contracting Exchange (SCX) has been approved by Ministry of SSI, Govt of India, New Delhi. Detailed guidelines for the implementation of the project have been sought from the ministry. A special meeting of the office bearers was called on 5th March to discuss the modus operandi for the implememntation of the project. Programs and Workshops: 1.Awareness and Appreciation Progrmamme on ISO 9001:2000 – 1 day 2.Budget 2003-04 for SSIs - ½ day 3.Challenges of Globalization -1 day 4.Visions 2003-04 New Dimensions in Supervision- 2 days 5.ESI and PF Rules /Procedures – 1 day 6.Entrepreneur Development program- 3 days 7.Task and Skill in supervision- 1 day 8.Rejection Control and Productivity improvements 9.World class performance through Six Sigma- 2 days 10.Awareness program on VAT- 1/2 day 11.Work stress on your heart-1/2 day 12.Study tours to Exhibitions/ Seminars and visits to other district/state associations-10 days Bgm ATF The association office bearers are actively participating in the formation of Belgaum Task Force on the similar lines of Bangalore Agenda Task Force, which has produced wonderful results in the last 3 years in improving quality of life of citizens of Bangalore, the underlying concept is Private Public Participation (PPP). It is the brainchild of Shri S. M. Krishna ; he is actively associated and ardently tracks the progress. The deputy Comissionmer , Sri B.C. Palaksha, will monitor the function/ functioning of BgmATF Training of Industrial Employees The Association has decided to form a committee to comprehensive feasibility study of this programme and initiate necessary steps |
