	Grievance

This tool allows a member to post his grievance to Government (Both State and Central) and within government their departments. After posting the grievances we process it at our ends and reply back to you as soon as there is a reply from the respective governments.

  How to post a Grievance?
  1. Again first a person has to sign in. If one is already signed in,      click on Grievance Cell.
  2. A Page would open which would show all the grievances posted       till date.
  3. Each Grievance has a link on its subject, which takes the      member to the details of the grievance. The details are with the      Subject and the Message of the Grievance and also the solution of      the Grievance posted.
  4. To post a grievance, on the right side of the table of existing       Grievances, there is a link called "Post grievance". Click on it.
  5. Now a Form will open where a person can post his Grievance:

The form has been designed in such a way that a member can post his grievance to the third level of hierarchy in Government. Explanation:

Central/ State: Here a person can choose the level i.e. Union Government or Various Sate Governments. On selection the page will reload for the second fields So wait.

Ministry/ State Department: If one selects Union Government above one would be taken to the Various Ministries like Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of SSI and so on. If one selects any of The State Government one would get all the departments in that State Government. Depending upon whom you want to send the complaint to select it. Once again the page will reload to get data for the next field so wait.

Department/ District Administration: If you have chose Union Ministry on top and then a ministry this would show the various departments in that Ministry. For e.g. If a person selects Union Government first and then Ministry of Finance, Here he would get various departments under Ministry of Finance like Income Tax Department, Central Excise & Customs Department and so on. This is the last level.

After a person fills the above he can write the subject of the Grievance and then the matter and then submit it. It would then come to us and we would process it and reply as soon as the concerned department/ministry responds back.

In case a person is not able to locate his department one can select others and we will try and find the relevant department and process it accordingly.
