| The REA has been recognized as an accredited representative body of Small Scale Industries of Rajkot. The Association has established a good rapport with various authorities of State and Central Government and It has representation of various Advisory committees and technical Institutions. The Association In accordance with Its objectives conducts activities for better growth and prosperity of the Industry and trade and In Interest of Its member. It Inter-acts with various State and Central Government Departments like Finance Ministry, Ministry of Commerce, Director General of Foreign Trade, State Government, Central Excise, Customs etc. to sort out any difficulties members may find In conducting their business In respect of the above Govt. Departments. The Association Is representative of about 6000 members directly or Indirectly Publication:The Association publishes a monthly Bulletin since June 1977 under Registration No. 11176/67 and has ever since provided detailed statistics and reliable Information on foreign and domestic Industries, development In technical know-how, now markets and economic and financial news. REA also publishes the directory of the registered members every 2 or 3 years. Affiliation and Honorary Consultants:The Association Is affiliated to various apex Organizations like Confederation Of Indian Industry, Federation of Associations of Small Industries of India, Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Indian Diesel engine Manufacturers Associations, Indian Coal Merchants association, Gujarat International Trade Promotion Council etc. Seminar:The Association Is holding seminars on the subjects of common Interest to members like Management, Export, Technology Upgradation, Internet, etc. Media :The Association has also developed a very good rapport with the Media about our achievements as well as grievances are highlighted so that they can reach the proper authorities as well as enlighten the trade and Industry. |
